Payment and Delivery Policy
Delivery
All orders are shipped from Abu Dhabi via express delivery service from one of our shipping service providers.
- Delivery time for orders from within the UAE takes from one to two working days, depending on the recipient’s address.
- Delivery time for orders from within the Gulf countries takes 3 to 5 working days depending on the recipient’s address.
- Items may be delivered separately. One of our shipping service providers will deliver the order directly to your door or business within normal business hours and days.
- In most cases, one of the shipping service providers will contact you to arrange a shipment delivery date. If you are busy at the time of receipt, please contact us to schedule a new receipt date.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return and exchange orders returned through courier will include a round-trip courier fee.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
- To complete the exchange process, the original invoice must be present as proof of the purchase.
- Delivery is currently available to all Gulf countries.
- You will be responsible for the accuracy of the data, such as contact information, address, and recipient identity.
- If the delivery representative is unable to reach you and the number of attempts has been exhausted, you will be responsible for paying the round-trip delivery costs.

Payment Methods and Policy
- Cards are available for payment on the W DE MODA website.
- Credit/Debit Card: At W DE MODA, your card number will be protected using leading registration standards.
- We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX credit cards.
- Orders placed with credit cards will not incur any additional fees.
Pay with Apple Pay
- Make sure you have an eligible device, are using the latest version of iOS, and have an Apple ID signed in to iCloud. If you have any problems adding your card, contact your bank, card issuer, or AppleCare for assistance.
- Once you have successfully added your card, you can shop on W DE MODA easily.
Payment in Installments
- Through Tabby and Tamar, with an option that allows four monthly installments without any fees. Or buy now and pay later with the 14-day option provided by Tabby, where you can place the order and receive it, then pay the amount after two weeks. Tamara Company provides the payment service in installments through 3 interest-free installments. Tabby and Tamara terms and conditions apply.
Cash on Delivery
- The cash on delivery feature is available only for customers from within the UAE.
- To shop on WD Moda, once you have added the products you want to the shopping bag, simply click on the Cash on Delivery button on the product page or on the checkout page, and the confirmation screen will appear. On the confirmation screen, just make sure your details are correct, and your order will be shipped to you.
- Cash/Card on Delivery: For customers without a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Available in the United Arab Emirates.
